Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns on items that have been opened or used. For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final once the packaging has been unsealed.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 90 days of delivery. We will be happy to assist with a replacement or refund for eligible items.

To request a return, the item must be:
- Unopened and in its original packaging
- Requested within 7 days of receiving the order

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is approved and processed.
