This is a quality product that does exactly what it says. In one product it gives you the ability to easily change the depth of the gag. This makes it versatile for a variety of people and what is comfortable for them. It can also be a way to train to be able to go deeper, or for a fuller experience.
Comfortable silicon with the bit portion extending out far enough to keep the hinges off the mouth. With the varies bumps it keeps the lips open like a ball gag and is definitely a drooler.
This is quality made and heavy solid, but flexible, silicon, weighing 131 grams (a little over a ¼ of a pound/ 5 oz). Pretty flower front adds to the look.
Overall, very well done and a versatile item.

First off, this is a pretty fun gag if you want to try out different depths vs a regular ball gag. The strap and gag are a rubbery silicone like material, and the gag definitely reaches back in the mouth once adjusted accordingly. While I didn’t have any issues with the strap length, I was able to spit it out fairly easily. That may not be the case for everyone, but it kinda rolls up and out if I use my tongue. Which it’s still fun just for the option to adjust how far in it goes, and it has a decent looking floral design on the end. Overall, I would have to say it’s a tad pricey for what it is, and I was hoping it would be harder to get out.

I think this is a really cool idea. In the fact that it’s an adjustable gag. It also is great at filling up the mouth and giving that quintessential gag feeling the material is a soft silicon with a little bit of stretch and the product uses an adjustable system that makes it easy to customize as needed. Overall, I think for the functionality and quality this represents a great value for money and the design is decently thought out.

Came from the factory kinda smudgy. Had to for sure give it a good cleaning first (should be doing that anyway, amirite).
The design is interesting. Kinda cool how you can adjust it to fit your capabilities. The depth goes from no prob to gag reflex with a couple steps between. The neck strap is on the smaller size, so most of the adjustment is too short.
It definitely is a unique toy. Not sure how exactly to make it better, but it is just kinda “off.” Something about the cut-out and notches, or the strap, or the rose, or the texture. Not sure. Just didn’t quite “feel right” to me, which is a very subjective thing, and someone else might find it very charming.

This toy is made of a moderately dense silicone. it’s firm enough to be used in other ways but has some bounce to it. the adjustability is nice and allows it to be used traditionally or at various depths. the “cut” that allows adjustments is fairly open and does make the toy less firm than it would otherwise be. it has a fair amount of volume, so it borders on uncomfortable, which good be a plus or a minus depending on what you’re looking for. the metal hardware is just aluminum, but this means it can’t rust and I think it’s good for this application. I think the price is fair, and there aren’t many alternatives on the market.

this worked out better than I expected. The adjustability worked well, and the size was comfortable in my smallish mouth.

ratchet up the length for use on the hubby and he had no complaints … though even I admit pink may not be “his color”.

the flower end is … there. Fortunately, I can jam that end in his mouth if I want.

what I really want is a similar toy in a double ended version with two straps … though a bit longer. A good double gag is hard to find, and one with adjustable depth for each end doesn’t exist afaik.

This is a nicely crafted gag. No complaints there. I did not feel like it was particularly “breathable,” and overall neither my wife nor I enjoyed the experience that much. Maybe it’s just not our thing. But if you like gags, this one is built nicely and won’t disappoint.

With the different positions it’s great for training! The silicone is nice an soft while the leather is exactly what you’d expect it to feel like. Wish I could post picture of how great this looks being used!

A fun and different shape, but I wasn’t a fan. The quality is fine. It was easy enough to use and clean.

Fun and visually non-threatening toy. The insertable portion is soft enough that it isn’t uncomfortable if left in for a period of time. There are enough holes to ensure breathing isn’t compromised. Strap in solid enough to hold the piece in place. The pink color mentally makes what could be a potentially uncomfortable situation for someone new to BDSM feel less threatening. My partner loves it!
